Upload files while editing group's rules

Hi,

Just want to say that would be awesome if it was possible to upload files in editing rules page. Sometimes its needed to give official documents (for official groups. For example in my site, those groups that are associated with a official legal firm o institute. They should attach their official rules signed by their CEO & Chairman of the board)

this is something that you can implement if fast, as you know attachment system well enough. would be nice to add the upload attachment system to Group's Rules as well.
