Fixed Team_xenmedia_add misses CSS XenGallery add

Please check the template "Team_xenmedia_add" which misses to include the CSS requirement "<xen:require css="xengallery_media_add.css" />". It certainly needs it, because otherwise the button for the flash upload option is not correct in the layout and is offset to the right.

I have changed the integrated way. Now i alway inherit from XenMedia.
