Implemented Tabs: Some Tabs should be forbidden

As we don't want to use forums tab (we don't need forum integration) we would like to completely forbid to choose this tab on manage group tabs. People won't see anything when enabled so it makes no sense and is just confusing.

The same with fotos tab (we don't use a gallery integration).

Another thing regarding Tabs: For most users it won't be logical that tabs that are checked are not visble. Thats also confusing.. The other way (checked means visible) would be nicer.
 
Makes sense to me, and even tho "regular" users don't see "disabled" tabs, I think group owners also shouldn't see them if they are disabled in XF admin as well.
 
I have add new setting in category. Now group owner only enable tab if the setting in category allowed.
