I'm super admin.
A user created a group.
First I wasn't a member of that group. I checked the forums of that group, but I didn't have access to add delete edit etc the forums of that group.
Then I joined that group. Again the same problem. (a new user, after years joined my site and created a group, and now she must first promote me to give me more permissions in my own site and she is able not to let me manage my site. Imagine @alfa1 joins facebook and limits mark zuckerberg's access and in order to manage facebook, Mark should call alfa1 and beg him to promote him and let him manage his site)
Super admin in a site means God.
