Fixed Some posts randomly multiply on newsfeed

Hello, I'm facing one odd issue with the newsfeeds, it seems sometimes it multiplies some of the wall posts several times!

It's the exact same post, the same id, etc.. etc... multiplied. This happens on some groups, others doesn't. Can't reproduce to make it happen, it just happens.
