Implemented Some CSS for sidebar blocks of groups

Hi,

As you see, blocks in sidebar have no background color or border that all other blocks in sidebar have.

This is categories block of groups:

This is categories block of another add-on (like all other add-ons):

Having background color and border would be nice.
