Not a Bug Smilies are not displayed completely in "Default Rules" in acp

We use:
https://xenforo.com/community/resources/emojione-smilies.5314/

in acp, when we want to use these smilies in "Default Rules" in acp, it doesn't load them. (but they work all over the site, even in groups.)

it is the same as that add-on. both adds tab to smilies part of editor.

The problem with first add-on is that it shows tabs, it just doesn't show smilies withing tabs.

DadparvarFirst. In ACP it is no style ID param so does not support Redactor in ACP. It is lack of XF so i am not expecting it is working as in frontend.

NobitaI works. I use it to use font awesome in my text. and in Default Rules I have font awesome icons and its working fine.
Today I wanted to replace them with nice icons that new smilies added to my site, but those icons are not being loaded in editor.
