Implemented Setting for disabling changing of Usergroup name afterwards

like I suggested in this post

in my Point of view it would be a must have Feature to disable the possibility to Change the Group Name after creating the Group.

Here my example why this Feature is so important:

Lets say you create a clan with Players from 1 game.
Maybe I will verify this clan and set optical an indicator, that it is an approved group.
Then I don`t want afterwards that the Group Name can be changed.

Like I explained, other members would get confused - so this is not only for my Project - all Group users will like to have the possibility to lock this 2 unique fileds (GROUP Name and TAG-Line) after a Clan was created (new Permission, lock_GroupNameEditing).

Just think about this.

you create the Group Nobita.
I create the Group Erich

After 1 month you have 100 members and I have 10 members.
Now I am smart and Change the Group Name to Nobita.

I am 100% sure many Forum members will be confused, some may join my Group because they think: "this is the cool Nobita Group".

So I am faking, or pretending to be another Group.

I don`t say that you have to make Group names unique, but giving users the Chance to Change a Group Name is the same like if your favourite Restaurant changes the Name every month.

--> you get confused!​

I have to be able to lock this 2 Settings (a moderator or Administrator should be able to Change it --> new usergroup Setting to be Maximum flexible)
