Not a Bug server error when upgrading, and problem with group forums!

I got the below server error when upgrading from 2.5.5. I saw no problems on the forum, and the upgrade proceeded without incident.

Also, some groups have access to their own "sub-forums", while others do not. And even on groups I manage/own, I see no option to create or manage group forums. Help!

I'm not sure. I uploaded the files and ran the upgrade then suddenly noticed the server error....

It is happen when you enable your groups and uploading files.

I gave full permissions and groups that ALREADY had their group forum created has forums, but the others do not. A few versions ago it was set where a new group forum was automatically created and manageable for group. But no longer it seems.
