Fixed Ribbon jumping

Hello,

Ribbon don't work with responsive style, when I resize the windows or when i watch groups on phone, the ribbon should jump on top of groups name. But currently groups name are hide with 3 dots so we can not see the group name.

I think it as designed. With small device width. We could not show more and more information. It will break style.

NiouteSome major was changed so It need more to testing yet.

I have move the ribbon to top of block to take more space
