[FIXED] Reposition cover not working on mobile

When I click Reposition cover on mobile (using Firefox Browser) the image does not move. It says Drag to Reposition Cover but it doesn't move.

But now there's a problem with the reposition on the Firefox for PC browser. The reposition image is no longer smooth like before. It is very slow and clunky. The image moves a very short distance and then the browser auto grabs the image to drag and drop it to another location.
