Implemented Recent group discussions & trendign topics in sidebar

It would be useful to have a block in the sidebar ogf the main groups page to show the most recent discussions.

Optimally this would be a tabbed block and would also show trending topics in a 2nd tab. Trending topics are topics with a lot of views within the last X days.
