Fixed "Promote Member" Permission Reversed

In the newest version of the addon (2.5.9d), it seems that the Promote Member permission for member roles is reversed. Instead of it allowing that usergroup to promote other members, it allows anyone else (including non-group members) to promote that group.

For example, if a group admin has the Promote Member permission, anyone else can promote/demote him or her, instead of the admin being able to promote the members.

Oh mine! You are right. I went in and now I can confirm that any member of the group can demote the group admins.

MacseahI agree, it's definitely urgent. For now, I've had to remove all the Promote Member permissions on our forums' social group section
