Fixed Problem with header of threads of group's forums

Hi @Nobita ,

when I first create a thread in a forum in group, and it redirects me to the thread page, we see this infor in top of the thread page:

Also you see the title isn't appeared.

but when we click on the link of thread in NewsFeed and try to enter the thread page it doesn't show that info again.

Also when we Run Group Rebuild, then none of threads show those info in their page. This is a shot from the same thread as last screenshot:

But the title came in this case.
