Implemented Permissions on how many groups a user can create / join

Hallo Nobita,

for my Project it would be realy important, and I think also other users will love the Feature, that in the ACP you can set for a specific usergroup the permission like following

Usergroup registered

• Member can create 1 Group
• Member can only be part of 1 Group (if member/Admin of 1 group no joining to another Group possible)

Usergroup donator (just an example)

• Member can create 2 Groups
• Member can be part of 5 Groups

This has the following Advantages

You can stop spamming - so maybe you don`t like members greating 100 Groups only because they are bored
When having Clans lets say, I only want the members to be in 1 Clan, not being able to Spy others conversation

This is the only Feature which would hinder me going online with your Groups Plugin right now.
Everything else is awesome

Its good for me. But i dont think other member like this. BTW. I limited 999 groups which users can join.

If you have the Default Settings like right now, other members will not even notice that you implemented this new Feature

But if you want to - like me, I realy Need this, you can set other Limits.

Yes this makes sense to me. I will request the same if someone created a bot to spam my groups.

Did you also implement the Feature that an Administrator can decide for each usergroup in how many Groups 1 user can be (join) at the same time?
