Fixed No tabs in mobile

Hi,

While visiting a group in mobile, tabs are not appeared. I mean tabs of group. Just name of group can be seen.

Its not long. 16 characters. and almost all of groups in field of our site have more than this number of characters. (Its about law. a few example: International Trade Law, Transnational Commercial Law, Regulation of Contracts, and ...)

And anyway even if the name is long, a responsive design should find a way to handle it and so, make the tabs available in a good way. No? :D (most of the words in our site that mostly are being used as groups names are 16-30 characters. and a few of them are longer, and a few are shorter. and they choose the names correctly and we can't ask them to remove additional words from their name, because they don't use additional words that can be removed. Imagine we say => please remove "International" from "International Trade Law". what will be the result? it will be "Trade Law" that is another field of study. and if they remove "Commercial", again "International Law" is another field. and if they remove "Law", again "International Commercial" is another field and totally different from subject of our site! The same is with most of the words in LAW.)
