Fixed No check to see if there are any threads

If I delete a forum that was assigned to a team category the thread tab still shows up and when I click on it I see this error


I can still create new teams and they will get the thread tab but then get the same error as above.

Its fixed only after I go to that team category (the thread option is now empty) and click save. Then the tabs disappear from the team.
