Fixed MySQL Error 2.2.7 when deleting groups

I updated to 2.2.7 and wanted to delete all groups. Still have 3 groups to delete out of 5 test groups I had and then this error occurs while deleting:

Server Error

"Team count -1" seems to be the problem. I cleared all caches and rebuilt the groups but it still occurs.
