Move thread to Forum (Out of Groups)

Please add a function to: Move thread to Forum
And a usergroup permission for this.

My members create groups similar to our normal forums. We need to move those threads out of group forums into normal forums.

Much needed feature, I experience the same... and – to complete group moderation capabilities – this is also needed:
Move Group Wall posts to Forum (Group and any Forum)
