[FIXED] Missing Phrase

The phrase "tlg_show_full_message" is missing. It shows up when a user submits a new comment to a group's news feed. Further, the edit button appears to have 2 Pencil icons. The phrase is removed on refresh, but the pencil icons remain doubled.

I've edited this phrase into our languages, which resolves the issue. However, the Show Full Message shouldn't be needed if there's nothing to expand.

That phrase is removed from latest version but look like some code still outdated
