Not a Bug Missing media upload button

On the photo upload tab (should be 'media' tab) there is this instruction:

Upload an image from your files:
Use the button above to upload an image. If you have a Flash enabled browser, you will be able to upload multiple images.

But there is no button there.
 
What broswer you used? Im using default template of XenMedia. It should be appear like that:
