Implemented Merge groups

Please add a function to merge groups. source into target group.

My members are requesting this feature so that groups on the same topic can be merged if one of the groups is inactive.

yeah its a good idea. Sometimes also two users create groups in same subject, and after a while they decide to manage one group together. and the best is to merge those groups, than deleting or leaving one of them.

I have imported my groups. Now I have many groups on the same topic. I would like to merge the groups. Otherwise I need to delete them.
