Fixed Manage Group Tabs fails

If I manage tabs of a group and remove 'media' the tab is not removed.
Additionally the 'events' tab now appears. But this is turned off for the whole site.

I use 2.8.1.a

My guess is that it "hangs" on the permissions with the management for admins. It is not clean enough and influences back and forth.

Still doesnt work.

I can not even let group admins have full functionality over their groups because they would get very frustrated if the try and the results are totally different

This happens still on my site, with the latest version.

This is fixed. Please also add setting for wall.
