Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+ have this useful feature called "Link Preview":

When you paste a URL into a post, Facebook's server automatically grabs the title and description from the linked website and lets you select a thumbnail image from those available on the linked site.

Is it possible for this AddOn ?

holloschSorry. But many features should be done via third-parties add-on. Because this is commercial resources. So the features should consider to add.

This is part of other add-ons like [WMTech] Link Essentials. I would not recommend to include this because of possible conflicts of code.
