Fixed "Leave group" even if not a member of the group

NSG 2.6.5

Even when a user is not a member of a group and he has no permission to join groups, there is a menu tab left over that reads "leave group". If a user can not join a group and he is not a member of that group the tab should either be gone or a message should show like "you can not join this group".

Issue is still there. No permission to join groups & not in the group. Still "Leave group" is displayed on group index grid.
