Fixed Last Activity date is incorrect

Many of my groups have a recent group activity date. But nothing has happened for a long time.

For example:
Group
/groups/el-rincn-hispano.433/

Updated: Mar 9, 2018

Last post: January 9th 2018.
No media
No Events
Last wall post 'new members joined' dec 2017.
Rules updated: February 2018 (this should not change last activity date)
The group was reassigned in march 2018. (this should not change last activity date)

There are many groups like this. These should not be listed as active. Members will look and see no activity in every groups. Then give up.

I think it's should be have an cut off to show last activity group date. Eg: Only show group activity date in 7 days

What causes group activity?

I think only new content should cause group activity. i.e. new wall post, new event, new media, new thread, new reply.
Membership changes or group edits should not count as activity.
If it works like this then its great.

Its important to see if a group has been inactive for a long time.

The main problem is that the group should not be on the top of the main group page if there is no real activity. This makes the main group page useless and its a big problem for users trying to find groups.

If any groups have new activity it's will be top. Your site does not have new activity for a long time then it's not useful in your case.
