Fixed Language's drop down problem with RTL

Hi,

When I click on drop down of Language for a group and then click other place, it breaks the page.

It also cuases a horizontal scroll in create or edit group page, when the language is RTL.
You can see the Gif attached. As I choose a language, see what happens to page. Also take a look to horizontal scroll bar.

Fixed. Seem chosen JS make some incorrect CSS rules.
