Fixed Inline Moderation not completed in media tab of groups

Hi,

In top right of all media in media tab of groups, there is checkbox, so that we can check multiple media and do a moderator act at once.
Although we can tick them, but the moderators box doesn't come to choose what to do.

Also I see this is also on comments of media.
When I tick the checkbox if comments in a media in group, no moderator box comes.
