Improve quality of group logo images

If it's good enough to be in the core for XF2 for every single avatar then I'd say it's safe to use in any add ons and not worry about performance.
 
@truonglv can you please add hires support for group logos. Just add an option that the logos are not downsized while being saved. The rest can be done with CSS.
