Fixed Images in threads not visible

After updating to 2.5 images in threads are not visible. It seems that there is no permission to view them.

Permissions for the usergroup is entirely set to green. The images are there, too.

For example one image: attachment_id connects to data_id.:

/forum/internal_data/attachments/1111/1111286-2f4bc0249e2f23617386a75da5c78c4c.data

The images are all in the folder but they can't been seen. Even when I give all the priviledges to my account on that forum.

Little addition.

the upload-button is now there after updating to 2.5.2

I have just uploaded a test-image. Also broken.

Test in a newly created testgroup and new testforum.

Same problem.
