Implemented If Group has 1 forum: show thread list

If a group has 1 forum only, then do not show a forum list.
If a group has 1 forum only, then show a thread list.

Because it is pointless to make the user select a forum from a list of 1 forum.
If there is only 1 forum then it is useful to display the available threads.

I think this does lead to people not recognizing they are in a forum... if there is one forum why is the title on the top left as the page title tag <h1> of the entire page? That is not user friendly layout...
