This is an export of an event that I created in the iCal program. My setting is Central European time.
The above should insert a Time of 0000 28th to 0000 29th because no time is in the data.
Instead of 0000 it adds 2 hours:
This is also true for events that start at a specific time...

I see there is a TZOFFSETFROM:+0200 and TZOFFSETTO:+0200 but why is that not in the Social Groups export files but instead there are 2 hrs deducted from the time...
This is an event manually created in the calendar of Social Groups:
This is what the export from Social Groups makes of it – it shows 2 hrs less....
Some of the values in the files must be interpreted wrongly or mixed together in import / export...
