Fixed I cannot reassign group to new owner

I am the superadmin but I cannot reassign a group. I am not a member of the group.
I can see the group quick controls and the link to reassign. A popup appears to select the new owner.
When I enter a group member name I get the error:
I then get an error:

Error
You may only reassign group to members of group.

But the member is already in the group.

Look like that member does not valid member of group. Waiting approve, etc... I have temporary remove that line check.
