Fixed Guest joined a group and can't be removed

Hi,

Since the first day of my site, guest had no permission to post anything or download anything.

Today I see in one of groups there is a member named "Guest" that its name and avatar is not linked to any page.
And when I try to remove it from group, it goes to a page and the result it 404 not found.
You can see the user in screenshot, and this is the url that it goes when I want to remove it from group:

Any opinion will be appreciated.

FreelancerNo hack. Someone join the groups then you delete them. It is still on groups but named as Guest. It is normal for almost add-on.
