This is kinda of a bug/suggestion at same time.
The Groups Count (member card), profile tab is displaying if the user didn't entered any groups. This is really a "space-waster" and it should behave like other addon developers do: Hide Groups from Member Card and Profile if there is nothing to display.
On another thing, the "Member Card" Groups counter only displays the groups you own, not the ones you joined, so even if the user belongs to 5 groups and doesn't own any, it still displays 0. It should display the Groups you have joined instead, on them it includes the ones you manage by default. Or at least one option for it.
