Fixed Groups in Member Profile Tab "Groups" are displayed as if User is not Visitor

When a regular user visits another users member profile and clicks on the tab "Groups" he see the "Groups does manage" and "Groups joined". So far so good. BUT: The "Join Button" State reflects the state of the member profile owner and not the user that views the member profile...

So either...

1. The "join button" must be removed for the Profile guests
   
   OR (better...)
   
   
2. The button state reflects the state of the profile visitor...
