Not a Bug Groups Gone after upgrading to 2.6.1

I just upgraded to 2.6.1, and now when visiting Groups index page:

The board is currently being upgraded. Please check back later.

Was this HotFix or HotBomb?

Any opinion will be appreciated.

NobitaYes it completed with no problem.
After upgrading to 2.6.0 there was no problem.
But after upgrading to 2.6.1 things happened.

Pfew! I saw this thread too late and was already upgrading. But it works fine for me.

What is method you are using for upgrade?

Chris's add-on install and upgrade. (first I disabled the groups. then added zip file to installer. Then upgraded it. then enabled the groups again. as always)
