Fixed Group's Forum's sort order doesn't work

in a forum inside one of groups we had threads and I decided to change the sort order. But no matter what I selected. It didn't change anything.

Inside a group, I go to a forum. There are lots of threads there. Pay attention to the order of them (its in Persian. But anyway you can see nothing changes when I change the order. So you don't need to know Persian to get it)

Then I change sort order. I do it multiple times for different kinds. But see nothing will be changes.
