This then identify the following URL as the Organization name: /groups/group-name.409/globalContainer

There are several issues:

1. Groups that are not organizations have this.
2. An URL cannot be an organization name.
3. The url does not exist

To elaborate: by using the organization schema.org tag this indicates that the website is owned by this organization. Using it in the above way can be perceived as cloaking. Google has hefty punishments for this and classifies such websites with the lowest quality rating possible.
