Implemented Group "Tag Line" should be included in more places

The Group Short Description or better "Tag Line" can only be found under the "Information" tab in 2.5 but it would be very suitable to have it in two more locations:

1. Group Container below the group title
2. Featured Group Slider below group title

Yes. I agree.
In 2.4.6 we had it on container, on hover.
But in 2.5 its not.

It's fairly easy:

<p class="tagLine muted">{$team.tag_line}</p>

Placed directly under the <h3></h3> title tag in templates "Team_featured_list" and "Team_list_item_grid" and you are done.

Adapt CSS accordingly.

Any plan to add it also to featured group's slider? below title (and then decrease the font size of content on the slider to free space a bit. Because now specially in mobile size they don't look neat. Bu in desktop version is nice)
