Fixed Group Leaders DO NOT upgrade User Groups

I have reported in the past this is not fixed every time someone starts a new group we have to manually add them to the "group leaders" user group.

Can you please look into this

When reassigning a group it does indeed demote the old leaders user group as well when reassigning a group it does indeed move them to the new user group , how ever when starting a new group the system does not move the leader into the proper user group

edit user and change their user group

Now fixed when create group does not promote user.
