Since the latest update, group forums are broken. I believe the intention of this update was to stop people who aren't group members from posting in the group forums if "allow guest posting" isn't selected. However, it simply denies everybody (including group members and group staff) from posting in the group specific forum. The 'group membership check' function is not working properly. Additionally, it still allows people who are not group members to reply to threads without running any sort of check.
Reproduction:
1. Allow posting from group members but not guests.
2. Go to your group forum, you will see a "(You have insufficient privileges to post here.)" even as the group leader.
3. Go to the group thread, on an account that is NOT a member of the group.
4. You will see the reply button, even if you're now a group member.
If you turn on "guest posting", group members can post to their group again.
Expected behavior:
Group members should be able to start and reply to new threads in group forums if member posting is enabled, but non-members should NOT be able to.
