Not a Bug Group cover slider speeding after update

The group cover slider is speeding fast after the update to 2.6.3

I didn't change it. Somehow the update affected it.
It is set to 1000. So I changed it to 8000 now.

alfa1Because the latest of OwlCarousel changed their API so it is effected in latest update.
