Implemented Forum description (and buttons) below the cover

Hi,

When a forum is created for a group, then when we enter the forum, its description is displayed above the cover.
It would be better to show it below the cover.

Also the buttons of forum (Edit forum, Add new Forum, Delete Forum, Create New Thread) are displayed next to breadcrumb. Although I like its position, but it seems users don't pay attention to that part and they look for those button somewhere below the cover. It would be more clear if they were somewhere below the cover (for example below the name of group, or next to watch forum button. anywhere below the cover)

Yes definitely. I would even go further and say that all group buttons should reside below the cover, also the "create forum" button, as I missed it entirely. It is just consistent UI design. "don't make me think" must be the motto.
 
Ok. Move it into below cover as well. The description still above cover as default of XenForo :)
