Fixed "File upload" doesn't display (save?) the file.

It seems that the file upload does not work correctly. It displays the file once uploaded (only in combination with a posting), but on page reload it is gone. Just the posting text remains but the attachment is gone.
 
Important: I tried different options:
  1. PDF upload: Does not display
  2. Picture (JPG) upload: Does not display.
  3. Picture (JPG) upload and "thumbnail" or "full image" clicked: Does display
So to have it a "real" attachment it needs to work without clicking any extra button.
