Implemented Featured Groups carousel.

Please add a featured groups carousel. This would allow us to display multiple featured groups at once.

The slider is nice. But it shows 1 group per slide. So if you have 3 slides thats 3 groups.
A carousel can show many groups per slide. The admin could set it to 3 or even 7 groups per slide. So if you have 3 slides then that's 21 groups to feature.
A carousel allows you to show much more content in the same space.
