Implemented Events: Use default timezone of forum installation

At the moment standard timezone for new events is UTC-11:00

It would be better to use the timezone set in den XF main configuration as default time zone.

Also the time format of the XF installation is not used. So instead of "August 9, 2015 2:00 AM" I would need something like "9.8.2015 2.00h"..

You should make use of XenForo's Time Settings - And not do your own thing
