Fixed Event times are not correct

The time that events are set to start are incorrect when viewing them on the calendar.

I set an event that was supposed to last from 12 (midnight) - 2AM CST, but the calendar view shows this instead.

When you click the event, it shows correctly on the next page.

My forums "Guest" time zone is set to PST. My personal time zone is set to CST.

I am not sure how else I can describe this bug.

Noh. The time show in Calendar is date time of created event not for Begin or End time.
