Fixed Edit Events

The author may not edit your event
Group Moderator can not edit events (Option: "Can Manage Content" - enabled)
Events can be edited only members of groups, in which enabled option:
"Edit events by anyone"
This is wrong.
Please include the ability to edit the event for authors events and Moderators groups
