Display if groups have unread content

Currently there is no way of knowing if a group has unread threads/posts. So you need to open all the groups to find there is nothing to see.
Groups should display if it has unread content. Just like Forums do.

• Forum Posts

... follow the XF functionality with a „new“ indicator. Right now even the forums do not show new posts indication. The „unread“ icons do not work.
